   Novel concepts in antenna theory and design including miniaturized antennas, low profile high-gain antennas, ultra

   wide band antennas , antennas for MIMO systems.

   Electromagnetic band-gap structures, and their applications for antenna systems.

   Electromagnetics, and photonics theory.
